General Rental Bike Policy (all programs)
Our rentals include tires, gas, and transport to/from the location. If the bike breaks down with a technical failure we’ll try to repair it, but we can’t guarantee you’ll be able to continue — we’ll work this out with you fairly. You will have to pay the rental fee and provide a security deposit in cash or online payments; you’ll get this deposit back after the class if you haven’t damaged the bike. You have to provide this deposit whether or not you purchase the optional protection plan, which covers all damage you do beyond the security deposit — even if you total our bike.

General Cancellation & Refund Policy (all programs)
Sera’s Stunt Institute reserves the right to reschedule an event/class.

If you cancel after 14 days without any training, a partial refund of 50% fees will be paid back to you. As an alternative to cancellation, you may wish to nominate an alternative rider to attend the day on your behalf, we must be notified of name change with their complete details as per this terms & conditions page.

If  you cancel less than 14 days without any training, No refund possible. No rescheduling possible.

We can not be responsible for any reason of cancellation you may have, so please don’t even ask. Rules are rules. That’s what policies are made for.

In all fairness- a ‘no-show’ for any reason can’t be refunded or easily rescheduled, there are riders on waiting lists who would have take an empty spot.

If we reschedule your spot (which was within the 14 days note) to a new date- the policy for this spot applies and does not reset this agreement. That means you agree that your time window for refund/reschedule/whatsoever has been closed, even with this new date. We keep track of these things.

Sera’s Stunt Institute reserves the right to cancel the course at their sole discretion and you will be given an alternative date. We will, of course, give as much notice as possible. Sera’s Stunt Institute will not be held responsible for any costs you incur as a result of a course being cancelled, this will only be done if we think your safety is at risk.

Sera’s Stunt Institute reserves the right to change terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately. In case we have to reschedule and the new date doesn’t work for you- we can transfer you to any other scheduled date of your choice while a refund is not possible in this case.

Spectators are welcome at Sera Stunt Institute events. However it is a condition of admission that they shall obey the site rules. For safety, we limit the number of spectators to 2 per rider. All spectators must stay within the marked areas & children must be supervised at all times. Failure to supervise children will result in them and their guardian being asked to leave the site. Spectators under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible spectating adult.

In the unlikely event that you have any concern or complaint over your day, they must be received in writing within 14 days after the event.
